Today, I drove from Delta, UT to Grand Junction, CO, where my daughter and son-in-law live. On the way, I made stops at Arches NP and Colorado NM. I wanted to take advantage of the huge dump of snow they both received last weekend. While most of the snow on the sunny sides had melted, the meltwater made for nice reflective elements in the foreground. This is a picture of the Tower of Babel. I positioned myself so that the sky was reflected in the pools, because I knew the blue would complement the earth tones of the rocks.
